Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use trusted third-party services including Cloudflare for hosting and Turso for database storage.
Terms Acceptance and Data Provenance
We record the terms version, acceptance time, and account associated with your agreement. For authenticated calendar API requests, we also retain private delivery receipts containing a pseudonymous account reference, timestamp, the calendar response, and integrity information. We use these records to investigate unauthorized redistribution and resolve disputes. Receipt records do not contain your API key or email address. Presentation labels and opaque provenance identifiers may vary between accounts; school dates and original event names are not changed for this purpose.
Routine delivery receipts are retained for 180 days. Relevant records may be preserved separately for an active dispute or legal obligation. Terms acceptance records are retained while needed to administer the account or establish the applicable agreement. Access is restricted to authorized service operators.
